About National Quality Conclave
National Quality Conclave is the annual event of Quality Council of India. The first conclave was held in 2006 and the 7th conclave has been held on April 27-28, 2012 in New Delhi. Each year the conclave adopts a theme to inspire questions that will increase our understanding of quality practices in an innovative world and provide directions for additional practical applications for shaping of better future. The theme for the 7th National Quality Conclave is “Improving Quality of Public Services: The Role of Public & Private Sectors”. Surrounding this theme the conclave showcased innovative services, programmes and practices to support quality initiatives for the future. The conclave acted as a platform for sharing new ideas, and involve in active discussion about promoting and achieving support from all stakeholders to improve quality.
In every conclave a large number of delegates from all segments like industry, services, education, healthcare and small & medium enterprises (SMEs) receive learning from national and international experts. Like every year the 7th National Quality Conclave will be addressed by several policy and decision makers including industry leaders. Experts national and international will discuss the latest development, trends with applied examples related to specialized domain of knowledge.
The 7th National Quality Conclave is attended by more than 800 delegates and quality professionals where participants get the opportunity to learn new skills and hear experts for two full days of ground breaking presentations and discussions.
