Conclave Proceeding
The 7th National Quality Conclave with the theme of “Improving Quality of Public Services: The Role of Public and Private Sectors” was designed to discuss a range of issues connected with redefining and reshaping our public services which is perhaps the biggest challenge facing the country today. The discussion included quality issues in healthcare, education, infrastructure, public administration and the manufacturing. It has covered topics such as governance, leadership, citizen and community engagement, design and delivery, measurement of performance amongst others, with specific emphasis on how private sector can partner with government leading to synergetic effect for National Well Being.
The conclave has provided valuable inputs to participants from all sectors and presents the development of a quality culture in the country, through presentations, to stimulate new ideas and applications of quality, for the way forward.
We are thankful to all quality professionals and delegates to join the 7th National Quality Conclave held on April 27-28, 2012 at New Delhi.
